The expert French oyster catchers make a small cut in the exact place, giving customers a guide to insert the knife. Just a few movements and the oyster is open within seconds. The Spécial Or Aime oysters are the outcome of a selection of the best Aime Oysters. Experts only raise a set number of these limited-edition oysters per year. They have been awarded for their excellence in all aspects: texture, flavour and smell.
