The eel is a semi-fatty fish with a long, cylindrical body, small scales and a slippery, mucous surface.

It’s commonly captured in the Ebro delta and is an essential element of seafood cuisine.

Its meat, prized since ancient times, is gelatinous and has an intense flavour.

It is usually used raw in sushi, marinated, smoked or even grilled with a sweet sauce.

Live eel

We offer live specimens by weight.

Fillet

Selected eel from 200 to 400g for each specimen, completely clean and boneless. The eel cleaning process is completely manual.

Smoked fillet

Anguila seleccionada de más de 500g por cada ejemplar y ahumada con madera de olivo. Una vez ahumada, se filetea y se seleccionan los mejores lomos.
