Our salmon is strictly selected and evaluated by experts following strict quality criteria, who assess every aspect of the salmon, from its organoleptic attributes to its stress level.
They are served without guts, on ice and sealed in an isothermal box, which is how they reach their final destination. In addition, we oversee the product’s traceability every step of the way.
